Electric Sheep takes over the fourth floor of The Warehouse on Charoenkrung Road, deep in the Talad Noi neighborhood. The space feels like a film set: industrial ceilings, neon-pink graffiti walls, orange banquettes, and mannequins in neo-noir costume scattered around the room. Amerigo Tito Sesti and Yoan Martin run the open kitchen, cooking Mediterranean plates with a hard sustainability angle. Composting happens on-site, menus come through vintage slide viewers instead of paper, and the ingredient sourcing leans local wherever possible. The food is serious even when the room is not.

Insider Tip

Book through Bistrochat. The open kitchen counter seats are the best in the house. Tuesday and Wednesday are the quietest nights. The Warehouse building has other venues worth exploring on different floors before or after dinner.
